Recover Foundation, Hospitals for Africa has been awarded the second prize for 'Solidarity Project' at the ABC Solidario awards. These awards recognize the work of social entities to support and promote projects to improve the living conditions of disadvantaged people or people at risk of exclusion..

Fourteen editions support the tradition of the ABC Solidario awards given to the best projects, entities and volunteer programs of various NGOs and institutions. With the sponsorship of Telefónica and Santander, The awards recognize the work that these entities do inside and outside our country and that benefits everyone., as a society.

The prize goes directly to our program Telemedicine Health 2.0 which makes possible the collaboration of Spanish doctors with African health professionals to resolve clinical cases. From 2013 This project has achieved that more than 900 patient cases have been reviewed through the platform.
